Professional fees £228 per hour
All work that our IP experts do for you will be billed at this rate, in fifteen-minute increments.
You can ask us to agree to a cap on professional fees in order to control the costs of your project.
IPR application filing £228
This is the fee for submitting an application for any kind of intellectual property right (IPR). This does not include preparing the application, which incurs professional fees.
Administrative action £114
This is the fee for filling in any piece of paperwork relating to your IP on your behalf.
Forwarding correspondence £57
This is our fee for filing, docketing, and forwarding to you by email any correspondence from a third party such as a patent office.
International disbursement fee £57
Whenever we pay a third party overseas on your behalf, such as a patent office, a translator, or a foreign agent, we charge a fee to cover our banking and administration costs.

These are approximate costs.  Actual costs will be calculated according to our hourly rate and third party fees.
