Patent application submission
This includes the filing, search request and examination request.
Administrative actions
We will fill in and submit paperwork on your behalf to the UK IPO.
Administration fee
We charge a fixed percentage of all expenses paid to third parties, such as translators, and official fees paid to the UK IPO, in order to cover our banking costs.
Response to office actions
We will prepare a response to Patent Office actions, amending your application as necessary to proceed to grant.
Translation
Depending on the source language, we can translate your application into English.
Forwarding correspondence
We will forward all correspondence from the UK IPO by email. Paper copies may be available, and additional fees will apply if they are requested.
Official fees
The most common fees charged by the UK Intellectual Property Office.
Application fee
Direct filing in the UK, not via the PCT.
Search fee
