If you have a problem with our services

At Robertson IP we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for every customer, and we retain our customers by providing excellent customer service.

Like every other organisation, things can sometimes go wrong. When this happens, we will do our best to put things right.

In the first instance, please bring any problems to the attention of the staff member who is dealing with your case. They will do their best to help you resolve the issue.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory resolution, please contact the company director, Christopher Robertson, with a detailed explanation of your problem. You can contact Christopher by:

Calling the number above and asking to speak to Christopher.

We will do our best to give an initial response within three working days, and, if necessary and possible, a final resolution within ten working days.

In some cases, we will interpret negative feedback as a complaint and initiate the complaints procedure, even if this has not been explicitly requested. We will make it clear when we have done this.
